I am an Experience Designer with 11 years experience across the retail industry, and have a passion for innovative design thinking. I specialise in understanding customer needs and synthesising data to create delightful customer experiences.
My diverse career has allowed me to specialise in areas from space analytics, strategic planning, concept development, experience design, project management and digital innovation to name a few.
I have recently been working in a leading Australian telecommunications company focused on creating personalised customer experiences and integrating digital innovation into retail environments. For my contribution during this project I was awarded the Group Managing Director (GMD) Award, and the store continues to win global design awards.
My drive and ambition is heavily influenced by my passion for human centred design thinking which ensures products and spaces are created for the right reasons for the right audiences.
